Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible since we begin processing immediately.
  

Returns/Exchanges:

• We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
  
• In case of damage or defect, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Refunds:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
